| Job Description |
Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, this newly created senior leadership role will be responsible for directing the planning, development, and execution of a variety of high profile transportation planning and design projects in the Edmonton area and other parts of Alberta.

| Responsibilities |
•Prepare and monitor project budgets
•Mentor, coach, support and provide overall leadership to staff
•Foster, develop, and maintain internal and external working relationship with clients, colleagues, staff and the community
•Review and approve technical designs in conjunction with other technical staff; prepare documents relating to current or prospective projects and ensure your team provides exceptional service and quality to clients

| Requirements |
•Degree in Civil Engineering
•Professional Engineer in the Province of Alberta or APEGGA eligible
•15+ years experience in civil engineering with five years in a supervisory or leadership role
•Familiarity with provincial and municipal design standards in Alberta
•Demonstrated ability to develop new business
•Experience with multi-firm/office and multi-disciplinary projects
